These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the MIOR B.V. website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
MIOR B.V. designs, manufactures, and delivers premium wheelchair ramps and accessibility solutions. We provide custom engineering services, AI-powered measurement technology (WEXAR), and a range of standard products including ROLL, FOLD, DRIVE, and CUSTOM ramp systems.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Quotations provided through our calculator or by our team are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are in EUR and exclude VAT unless specified. We reserve the right to modify prices and specifications.
Payment terms are agreed upon per order. Standard payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. For custom projects, we may require a deposit of 30-50% before production. All payments must be made in EUR to the specified MIOR B.V. bank account.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability and location. Delivery is within Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. Installation services are available upon request. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
All MIOR products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper installation. Claims must be reported within 14 days of discovery.
MIOR B.V. liability is limited to the invoice value of the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. This limitation does not apply to injury or death caused by our negligence.
All designs, specifications, and intellectual property related to MIOR products and WEXAR technology remain the exclusive property of MIOR B.V. Customers may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our designs without written permission.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion. Custom orders may be cancelled by the customer within 48 hours of confirmation, subject to a cancellation fee. After production begins, cancellations are not accepted.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Utrecht, Netherlands.
